What is esthemax®?

esthemax®’ facilities are controlled under CGMP, stands for the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA In USD and KFDA in Korea. CGMP systems provide proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. As well as the CGMP regulations assures the identity, strength, quality, and purity of drug products by requiring that manufacturers of medications adequately control manufacturing operations. This includes establishing strong quality management systems, obtaining appropriate quality raw materials, detecting and investigating product quality deviations, and maintaining reliable testing laboratories.

Since its launch in 1995, esthemax® has developed into a complete line of professional treatments for any skin type or condition. A favorite among aestheticians and professionals, esthemax is now available in over 150,000 aesthetic shops and spas in around the world. With over 37 years’ experience in the professional beauty industry, we vow to continue providing the highest quality cosmetics to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our customers, society and the environment. 

esthemax® US was first established in 2013.

Why not sell to the public?

esthemax® is designed to be most efficacious when applied by licensed skin professionals.

We believe that the process of analyzing your skin zone-by-zone, to diagnose your skin condition and prescribe subsequent products by the professionals enhances the best desired results. We want the professional to discover standards behind the efficacy of each product for the health of your unique skin.

How much is the TAX DEDUCTION for resale?

We have a resale permit to apply for resale for PHILIPPINE CLIENTS. All items are already VAT inclusive.

What is your exchange and return policy?

esthemax® Exchange Policy

All return & exchange claims must be made within 5 days of the customer's receipt of the products. 

- While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each other, occasionally there may be a discrepancy/damaged item(s) in your shipment. Please contact us immediately at hello@esthemax.ph

- Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.

- To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 

- Due to extra security and safety concerns surrounding the national emergency such as the Covid-19 pandemic, all esthemax® sales are final.

No exchange or returns will be accepted at this time until further notice.

Membership

How long do I have to wait for the membership approval?

We need to verify all the information if you are in the beauty industry.

Please be patient and allow us to verify within 2-3 business days.

We want to keep the member's price and information for all of us in the industry which you are in. 

How do I become a member?

Please prepare a clear copy of the following:

1. Company’s DTI/SEC Registration

2. Clinic/Spa Business Permit

3. Esthetician/Medical PRC License

You can proceed by uploading them at the registration area.

Allow us 2-3 business days to review your application.

Once approved, we will send you a confirmation email to create an account so you can start viewing member's prices (esthemax® products with member's prices)

Can I have the wholesale price?

If you have an account, all the prices you see online are considered member’s price and wholesale price. 

Products

Are your products cruelty-free?

All our products are cruelty-free and we have been a member of World Wildlife Fund, WWF. We love animals.

Cruelty-free is a label for products or activities that do not harm or kill animals anywhere in the world. Products tested on animals are not considered cruelty-free, since these tests are often painful and cause the suffering and death.

How come sheep placenta is cruelty-free?

We use sheep placenta after birth and collagen after death. We did not harm and test animal to extract the ingredient. 

Also, Sheep placental extract in Australia where from a clean environment (Biosecurity : in Australia, the unique nature resources produce pure and soft wool material and the strict regulation maintains the premium quality of Australian sheep placenta. The sheep placenta is extracted from healthy and fresh placenta with advanced technology, is a rich source of “bioactive nutrients” including essential amino acid, placental protein, hyaluronic acid, Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and antioxidants. No animals are harmed during the collection process. Our 100% pure fresh placenta sourced from Australia is a cruelty-free product.

What is HydroJelly™ Mask

HydroJelly mask, are infused with electrolytes to boost skin hydration (just drinking water is not enough).

The masks from a vacuum like seal that compresses facial contours. These masks are formulated with refined algae, electrolytes and organic active ingredients to provide a unique silky texture and function as the mask blankets the skin.

This intensive facial compression allows for complete absorption of organic nutrition and electrolytes to the deep layers of the skin nutrition from the mask and also other ingredients still remaining on the skin from previous treatment).

The masks have an instant cooling and soothing effect that is not only refreshing but helps firm, soothe and revitalize the skin for a natural subtle glow.

How many applications in a Jar?

HydroJelly™ Jar mask in jar gives you 10 applications.

Are your products safe for pregnant & lactating women and with chronical skin conditions?

All our HydroJelly™ mask are made up of natural ingredients.

However we advise to consult with your attending physician about all medical issues.

Sometimes natural aroma therapy makes the skin irritation. Also, they should avoid products with these ingredients: Retinol, Hydroxyl Acid, Retinoic acid.

Shipping

How much is the shipping?

We have partnered with Lalamove to ensure safety and promptness of deliveries. Shipping is calculated upon checkout.

I've placed my order. How soon can I get my order?

If you are in the Metro Manila, we have partnered with Lalamove and we can arrange same day delivery.

For provincial areas, shipping typically takes 7 business days.

Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

My order is delayed.

Currently, your order may experience fulfillment and shipping delays due to “COVID-19 and government restrictions”.

We are experiencing heavy orders with limited staff and actively routing orders to the optimal facility for processing to ensure we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I put the wrong address. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear.

In case you need to change your delivery details after checking out the order, the following criteria have to be met first:

1. You can change your delivery details within 1 hour after placing an order.

2. You have not requested a change of address for your order before. The delivery address can only be changed once for each order.

In event that wrong address has been submitted and your order status is "On it's way." You may need to coordinate with our logistics partner.

We need to receive the package back and send it back to the right address with customer paying shipping costs.

Otherwise, all orders that has been shipped are considered final.

I have wrong/missing items on my order.

We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
